Getting Started

How do I use my water flosser for the first time?

Fill the reservoir with lukewarm water, select your preferred pressure setting (start with the lowest), and lean over the sink. Place the tip in your mouth and turn on the device, allowing water to flow from your mouth into the sink. Guide the tip along your gumline and between teeth.

How often should I use my water flosser?

For best results, use your water flosser once daily, ideally before brushing your teeth. This helps remove food particles and plaque for a thorough clean.

Usage & Maintenance

What water should I use?

Use lukewarm tap water. You can add mouthwash (diluted to 50/50 with water) if desired, but avoid using hot water as it may damage the unit.

How do I clean my water flosser?

Empty the reservoir after each use and rinse it thoroughly. Once a week, clean the reservoir with warm soapy water. Wipe down the exterior with a damp cloth. Replace tips every 3-6 months.

Can multiple people use the same water flosser?

Yes, but each person should have their own individual tip. Tips are color-coded for easy identification.

Performance

What pressure setting should I use?

Start with the lowest setting and gradually increase as you become comfortable. Most users find a medium setting effective for daily use. Sensitive gums may require lower pressure.

Is it normal for my gums to bleed?

Some light bleeding may occur during the first few uses, especially if your gums are inflamed. This should decrease with regular use. If bleeding persists beyond two weeks, consult your dentist.

Can I use it with braces or dental work?

Yes! Water flossers are excellent for cleaning around braces, bridges, crowns, and implants. Use a lower pressure setting around sensitive dental work.

Troubleshooting

My water flosser has low pressure or won't turn on

Check that the reservoir is properly seated and filled with water. Ensure the unit is fully charged. If the problem persists, contact our customer service team.

Water is leaking from the handle

Ensure the tip is clicked securely into place. Check that the reservoir is properly attached. If leaking continues, the unit may need servicing under warranty.
