You have 28 days from the date of delivery to return your product for a full refund. The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method
- Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days

6-Month Warranty
Every Aqua Floss water flosser comes with a 6-month manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
